Return Policy

Puttaqua values your shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with the received product or there are quality issues, you can apply for a return according to the following policy. We will provide you with convenient and fair return services.

Return Application Conditions

Return applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Failure to submit within this period will be considered an automatic waiver of your return rights.

Products must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including product labels, tags, accessories, instructions, etc.), without damage, stains, or signs of alteration, and must not affect resale.

For returns due to product quality issues (such as material defects, functional malfunctions, etc.), you must provide clear photos and videos of the product and order information. Returns will be processed after confirmation by customer service. For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Some special products (such as intimate apparel, customized items, food, etc.) are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.

Return Process

Submit Application: Send an email to service@puttaqua.com with the subject line "Return Application + Order Number". The email body must include your name, contact information, product name, reason for return, and relevant proof (photos/videos are required for quality issues).

Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 3 business days. Once approved, we will send you the return address, return instructions, and return tracking number. Please be sure to include the return tracking number on the returned package.

Return Product: You must return the product to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email. We recommend choosing a trackable courier service and keeping the tracking number.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 5 business days. Upon successful inspection, we will refund the product amount (excluding return shipping costs, except for quality issues) according to your payment method. The refund arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.
